C&#8217;est une chirurgie qui donne d&#8217;excellents r\u00e9sultats, mais effectivement les patients, contrairement au LASIK ou au SMILE, ne peuvent pas venir se faire op\u00e9rer et \u00eatre \u00e0 leur travail le lendemain. Lorsqu&#8217;on fait une PKR, il faut quelques jours d&#8217;immobilisation apr\u00e8s la chirurgie. Il faut passer environ trois jours dans le noir parce que c&#8217;est d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able et qu&#8217;on est un petit peu \u00e9bloui par la lumi\u00e8re, donc il vaut mieux \u00eatre les yeux ferm\u00e9s dans la p\u00e9nombre, en tout cas 48 heures. Ensuite la g\u00eane s&#8217;estompe et la vision commence \u00e0 remonter. L&#8217;acuit\u00e9 visuelle est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e environ au cinqui\u00e8me jour avec une stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 un mois.
